Orders are shipped via either the USPS, UPS or Federal Express at our discretion to every address in the 48 contiguous states. We ship most orders within 1 to 2 business days.
Canada orders:
Ship via Global Priority mail or Global Express mail.
Sales tax of 8.375% will apply to all New York orders and 7% on all New Jersey orders.
International orders: Shipping charges include the cost to mail the package by USPS Global Priority Mail or USPS Global Express Mail plus handling and packaging costs. Shipments outside the USA may be subject to import charges and taxes. These charges will be the responsibility of the buyer.
Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies:
AFC-express is happy to accept returns for unused or defective products. If you are not completely satisfied with the quality of the product you receive, you are entitled to a full replacement or refund.
Returns must be made within 30 days of purchase.
You will receive a credit for the price of the products returned plus any taxes minus the original shipping costs.
Your debit/credit card or PayPal account will be credited within 7 business days of receiving your return shipment.
Please include a copy of your packing slip/invoice along with a short note telling us why you are returning the item.

To cancel an order, all you need to do is send us an email as soon as possible. We cannot cancel an order once it has entered the shipping process. Be sure to include your name, address, order confirmation number, and the product you want to cancel. If you want to change the quantity of an item please tell us.

Q: Can I change the shipping method or quantity I want after I place an order?
A: As long as your order has not been shipped you can adjust it in any way. Best to call us about this since time is critical at 914-244-1500 ext. 238
Q: Can I get overnight shipping on my order?
A: Yes. Be sure to indicate that you want "OVERNIGHT SHIPPING" in the message box on your order and we will then contact you to discuss the extra shipping costs above the amount shown on your invoice. Once you approve the additional charges we will send you a PayPal invoice for the overnight shipping charges.
Q: Can I apply more than one coupon to my order?
A: No. Only one coupon can be applied to any order.
